We make premium DTF and UV-DTF heat transfers right here in the US, and we know that behind every order is a small shop, an Etsy seller, or a print business with deadlines to hit. Send us your question and, if it's about a specific order, include your order number so we can pull up the details right away. For artwork questions, attaching the file (or a screenshot) helps us give you a clear answer faster.
Hours & response time
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT). We aim to reply to every message within one business day, and most days you'll hear back much sooner. Messages that come in over the weekend or on a holiday are answered first thing the next business day.
Need a hand with your file?
Artwork is where most questions come up — and we'd rather help you get it right before we print than have you guess. Reach out and we can help you with:
- File setup — sizing, resolution, and getting your design press-ready for vibrant, true-to-screen color.
- Transparent backgrounds — making sure your PNG is set up cleanly so nothing prints that shouldn't.
- Gang sheets — fitting the most designs onto a sheet to stretch your value.
- DTF vs. UV-DTF — figuring out which transfer is the right call for your project and surface.

A quick note on custom orders
Every transfer we make is custom-printed to order from your artwork — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Because each sheet is produced just for you, we can't restock or resell it, so please double-check your design, sizing, and quantities before you check out. If something arrives damaged or there's an error on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
