Shipping Policy

Every Jasper Transfers order is printed to order in our US facility, then shipped fast so you can keep pressing and keep selling. This page explains how our shipping works: how long production takes, when your order leaves the building, and what to expect once it does. Made in the USA, shipped from the USA

Your DTF and UV-DTF transfers are produced in-house in the United States on premium film with our vibrant, stretchable inks and strong hot-melt adhesive. Because everything is made and packed domestically, your package travels a short distance to most US addresses, and you never wait on overseas freight or customs delays. It's the same premium product and 50+ wash durability you'd expect from the Jasper family, ready to press the day it lands.

Processing time vs. transit time

There are two clocks on every order, and it helps to keep them separate:

  • Processing (production) time is how long it takes us to print, quality-check, and pack your transfers. Because each order is custom and made to order, this is the part we control, and we move quickly.
  • Transit time is how long the carrier takes to drive your package from our door to yours once it leaves us. That clock is in UPS's and USPS's hands and depends on your delivery address.

Your total time from checkout to doorstep is the two added together. So an order placed early on a business day will usually finish production fast, then spend its remaining days in transit.

Production turnaround: 1–3 business days

Most orders are printed and on their way within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. The large majority ship on the faster end of that window. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays; orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons, large drops, or major sale events, production can run slightly longer than usual. If we ever expect a meaningful delay on your order, we'll let you know rather than leave you guessing.

How we ship: UPS & USPS

We ship with UPS and USPS, and we select the service that gets your order to you reliably and efficiently based on your location and the size of your order. Transit times vary by destination, but most US customers receive their package within a few business days after it ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Jasper Transfers isn't responsible for orders delayed or returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package comes back to us undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.

Tracking your order

As soon as your transfers ship, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow the package the rest of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of receiving that email, give it a little time, as carrier scans can lag, and then reach out to us if you'd like a hand checking on it.

Lost, stuck, or damaged shipments

Once a package is handed off to UPS or USPS, it's in the carrier's network, and occasional delays, misroutes, or weather holds are outside our direct control. That said, we don't disappear after the label prints. If your tracking stalls, a package is marked delivered but missing, or your transfers arrive damaged, contact us at support@jaspertransfers.com and we'll help you sort it out. International shipping

Our shipping is currently optimized for customers within the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US and want to know whether we can ship to your country, email us at support@jaspertransfers.com before placing your order. International shipments may take longer in transit, and any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

A note on custom, made-to-order products

Because your transfers are printed specifically for your order, there's no warehouse shelf to pull from, which is exactly why your prints come out fresh, vivid, and ready to press. It also means we can't restock or resell a custom job, so please double-check your artwork, sizing, and quantities before you order. Questions about gang sheets, sizing, or what will press best?
