Who we are

Jasper Transfers is a US-based maker of custom direct-to-film (DTF) and UV-DTF heat-transfer gang sheets and ready-to-press designs. We produce print-on-demand transfers for small shops, Etsy sellers, and apparel brands.

Information we collect

We gather only what we need to take an order, make your transfers, ship them, and improve the shopping experience:

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the contents of any message you send us. With an account, we also store your login details and order history.
Your artwork and order files. Because every Jasper transfer is custom and made-to-order, you upload the designs you want printed. We use them solely to produce your order, handle reprints or support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, license, or reuse your artwork for our own purposes.
Payment information. Card details are entered through our payment processors, not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment plus limited details needed to manage orders and refunds.
Information collected automatically. Like most online stores, we log technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

Process, produce, and ship your custom DTF and UV-DTF orders, including reprints and quality fixes;
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer-service replies;
Manage your account, saved designs, and order history;
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems;
Improve our products, website, and checkout; and
Send marketing emails — only if you've opted in, always with one-click unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing emails, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — which we don't do. US residents, including California consumers, can exercise these rights by contacting us. We won't discriminate against you for making a request.

Children's privacy

Jasper Transfers is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, tools, or the law change. We'll revise the date below and give clear notice of significant changes.
