Welcome to Jasper Transfers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jaspertransfers.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or place an order.

1. Who can use Jasper Transfers

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure.

2. Products are custom and made to order

Almost everything we sell is produced specifically for you after you order it. Because each transfer or gang sheet is built from your files and specifications, custom items are not held in stock and cannot be resold. This made-to-order nature affects returns, cancellations, and changes — see our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Your artwork and upload rights

When you provide artwork, logos, text, photos, or other design content ("Your Content") to be printed, you represent and warrant that:

You own Your Content, or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to reproduce and print it;
Your Content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, privacy rights, or other IP rights;
You have permission to use any third-party names, brands, characters, photos, fonts, or logos included; and
Your Content is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise prohibited under Section 4.

You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant Jasper Transfers a limited license to store, process, print, reproduce, and fulfill it solely to produce and ship your order. We don't police every file for infringement — that responsibility rests with you. You agree to indemnify and hold Jasper Transfers harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content or your breach of these warranties. If we receive a credible infringement notice, we may decline, pause, or cancel the affected order.

4. Content we won't print

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the artwork appears to infringe someone's rights or is illegal, promotes violence or hate, is sexually explicit involving minors, is counterfeit, or is otherwise inappropriate. If we cancel for these reasons before production, we'll refund what you paid.

5. Files, color, and quality expectations

For the best result, your files should meet the specs in our file prep guidance. We print what you send — low-resolution or mis-set-up files will reflect that, and reprints for file-prep issues aren't covered. Minor color variation between your screen and the finished transfer is normal and not a defect. Proper heat-press application is essential for our 50+ wash durability; results from improper application are outside our control.

6. Pricing, payment, and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors and change prices at any time. If we find a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping. Payment is due in full at checkout; you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

7. Production and shipping times

Most orders are produced and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, with tracking sent when your order leaves our facility. Estimates are good-faith targets, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand your package to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for damaged, lost, or incorrect orders.

8. Cancellations and changes

The window to change or cancel is short. Contact us right away at support@jaspertransfers.com. Once an order enters production, we generally can't modify or cancel it.

9. Intellectual property of the Site

The Jasper Transfers name, the Jasper fox mascot, our logo, and Site content are owned by Jasper Transfers or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse our branding or Site content without written permission.

10. Warranty on our products

We warrant that our transfers are free from manufacturing defects at the time they leave our facility. If you receive a defective or incorrect transfer, contact us within the timeframe in our Refund Policy with photos and we'll make it right. Otherwise the Site and products are provided "as is," and we disclaim other warranties to the extent allowed by law. This warranty doesn't cover improper application, unsuitable substrates, file-prep errors, normal color variation, or wear beyond recommended conditions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jasper Transfers won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jasper Transfers from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jasper Transfers operates. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in that state. Please contact us to resolve things directly first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our business and the law evolve. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use means you accept them.
